Almost a year ago today I bought a Charles-Hubert pocket watch, Paris (model number 3756) for my father. It was one of the last things I did to my father before he died, so I was very careful with that watch. I know I no longer have a refund option, but I felt like you should know one of your products. Bought this watch hoping to use it on a trip to Europe. After the first winding and setting of the time, the ROD was completely pulled out of the watch by metal filings. The clock can no longer be set! Essentially a worthless piece of junk, and to add to the annoyance, Revain will not issue a refund or replacement.

The watch works very well and has a real vintage look. It looks very similar to the old Elgin I have. I use it quite a bit when shooting cowboy action movies and it's an integral part of the costumes.
