The ability for me as an individual or team member is that we can easily create our own custom reports by simply using filters in order to see what I need at any given time without having to go through endless menus of options when creating my report. It's not easy but it does get better over time if you use this tool regularly! I like that we can get real time data about our pipeline in one place without having multiple applications or spreadsheets open at once. I enjoyed that it was simple for me as an HR Manager to create my own profiles using existing data in our database or by manually inputting new information. There were also many examples of how others had used the service which made creating your profile easy once you found some helpful tips! It's not clear whether users can add custom fields like email address etc., so we would need to consider this carefully when deciding if Chautauqua is right fit for us.
