I enjoyed that it was simple for me as an HR Manager to create my own profiles using existing data in our database or by manually inputting new information. There were also many examples of how others had used the service which made creating your profile easy once you found some helpful tips! It's not clear whether users can add custom fields like email address etc., so we would need to consider this carefully when deciding if Chautauqua is right fit for us. We're looking at ways to better connect candidates who have applied through different channels (e.g LinkedIn) but don't know each other otherwise, therefore want more than simply knowing what they did before joining another organization. This will help them make connections faster since there are only very basic details available from resumes/CVs (e.g title).
