Not suitable for male heads. I bought it thinking it would fit as it is adjustable. I was wrong. Someone else would be better suited for this.

This cap is simple but I really like it and it goes with its light color (I ordered a black cap with a bluish cast). Highly recommended!

Terrible. It wasn't symmetrical at all. The front of the hat was sewn a little to the side. The ends of the front of the cap are resting on my forehead, giving me a headache. The only plus is ventilation.

Essential headwear for the hospitality industry. The cotton ones that many companies give their employees are just heat traps, but they're your best bet for working in a hot kitchen or somewhere where you'll be running like crazy. The cropped back allows for sizing just enough for my huge head, which the others I ordered were too small for.

If you have thick hair this hat is not for you. I know 4 people who bought this hat including myself. Each of us has the same complaint. Our hair pulled up our hat and we had to adjust it all day. Hardly sits on the head. For men this would be fine or if you have very short hair. But I have shoulder length hair and the hat has been bugging me all day.

I've worked in places where there was a salt streak on the sweat cap after a day or so, but this cap fixed that. I needed a hat to help out my friends at the pizzeria. I was afraid to get it as all I could imagine was sweat dripping off the rim and then salt covering everything. NOT WITH THIS HAT!
