In theory the Woolie with Drill Adapter sounds like a great idea. In practice, however, this is only suitable for cleaning between the spokes of the wheel. Due to its shape, it is not suitable for cleaning the wheel surface. You must still wipe the surface of the wheel and spokes with a cloth after using the Woolie. This renders the Woolie useless as you can simply use a cloth to wipe the surface of the wheel AND between the spokes of the wheel.

This tool makes sense. I've been detailing for a long time and Wheel Woolie has made it easier and faster for me to get the job done right. I was skeptical at first, but one day I actually used it on some of my tricky bikes. I was pleasantly surprised at how much easier it became to get into the keg and how much time I saved on each wheel. I have three cars and cleaning 12 wheels can be a real challenge. All you need is a cordless drill and you're done. You will not be disappointed.

Just bought new rims and wanted to wipe them down with something nicer than a microfiber cloth. Bought this thing hoping it would be easier. First, what you get is not what is shown. The ones I received are black and red fibers. They are ok and don't look like microfiber/cotton but kind of synthetic.
