Not recommended for painted rims, leaves frizz

I'm pretty sure this brush scratched the hell out of my black rims. I used soap and water and yet there are swirls everywhere. I don't know what to do other than hopefully polish some of these things, but other than that I don't recommend this brush, it's not safe for coated wheels.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Not trendy

Quality, well-made, soft, ergonomic brush that makes cleaning wheels, wheel arches, tires and bumpers easy! Combine this usage with wool wool or something similar to get kegs for the perfect combination. I have dozens of brushes and this is my go-to choice now. The bristles are soft, but if you don't keep them clean by rinsing them often and using them to work loose dirt into discs or paint, guess what will happen? Common sense should always prevail. I hope CG will stiffen this tire design.

  • Quality construction

Also great for a feather duster

Wow, that's a tough yet gentle cleaning brush! As usual, I use off-label (I don't even have a car, so I don't have to clean my wheel arches) as rags in the bathroom to go around the toilet and under the washing machine without worrying about scraping the satin color. (Shiny feathery bristles work like a charm.) The ergonomically offset handle means I no longer have to lean down, making cleaning easier. I only wish I had found it many years ago. Beware the reviewers who claim that this brush…

Medium/large profile. Works well with my Audi alloy wheels with narrow spokes. Although just"enthusiast" me, how should I say . . . OKR over my surfaces. Suffice to say I was very, very gentle when I first started using this. Method: - Spray on the wheel (1 at a time) to loosen the dirt; - rinsing in two buckets (also for wheels); - Load the foam cannon - foam each wheel before using the bucket; - Use Super Sudz (Chemical Guys) on this brush. - keep the brush well lubricated on the face of the…

Help me clean my bike!

I ride a 2016 Yamaha FZ-07 and while I don't mind washing it, I really don't like cleaning its wheels. This is the dirtiest part of the bike and I get dirt on my hands from the rear brake rotor AND the drive chain and rear sprocket while trying to clean the rear wheel. I understood that with some doubts: wouldn't the handle be too short? Are the bristles too high? The answer to the first question is no. The answer to the second question is yes, but it can still be used. I'm actually glad this…
