Chemical Guys Acc_S94 Convertible Cleaning Review

First wash and bristles fell out in droves. I am very careful with my hood because the cat slept in it and rested in a hammock. I put it on a new one but got sick and forgot to send the 1st. I didn't have time to send the second one so I paid for both. The second didn't try, but pulled their hair a little, and they came out

I agree with other reviewers. This is the worst thing I've ever bought in my life. The bristles fall out all over the top of the head. When you're done, it takes a lot of time to collect them all. I figured I could use a leaf blower to remove them. but I was wrong. They stick at the top and tearing them off with your fingers is the only way out.

This brush fell off in the shipping carton and still has a lot of horsehair after being used on 2 vehicles. It looks like the manufacturer has poor quality control. I should have paid more attention to reviews! I'm going back to the synthetic brush I've been using for a few years and I'm throwing this one away.

Chemical Guys Acc_S94 Horsehair Convertible Top Cleaning Brush: I have used this brush to clean fabric (tarp) convertible top. There was an excessive shedding of horsehair from the brush. There were hundreds of horsehair cuts on my fabric roof. I had to use a 3M tape roller to remove all of the horsehair. I am not satisfied with this product.

Probably the worst product I have ever used in my life. Not only did this make my life not easier, it made it a lot harder because she shed ridiculously. There was so much hair in my convertible top that I literally spent almost 2 hours trying to pick it out and still not all of it. If there was a way to give less than 1 star I would. Chemists should be ashamed for putting their names on this product.

I will edit my review after use. Unpacking the device was not impressive. I can see reviews that seem to have nailed it; the horsehair is sloppily inserted, there are scraps of plastic from the handle that was not removed before the hair was inserted, and the hair, although "mostly" homogeneous, has some very awkward edges, and even before pulling it out of the bag, there there were loose hairs in the box. So far I haven't been compelled to write a review but I must add my complaints to the site in hopes that this will save someone else a headache. This brush sheds worse than I could imagine. I spend more time removing hair from a fabric surface than brushing it. I used it 3 times thinking maybe it just needed a break in period and it would stop shedding.
