Great product, great company

Use the entire set from 32 to 38 and be amazed at the results. I use this line for everything from cars to vans to jet skis to bathtubs. With a quality buffing tool and a little practice, this is the best buffing result. Before and after photos of my latest jet ski project that has been in the sun all its life. The difference in reflection, feel, depth and brilliance has completely changed the look of the ski. Watch their tutorial videos online if you are unsure of the correct application…

Pros
  • Easy to set up
Cons
  • Modern

The product worked as advertised. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that there are still small scratches visible after polishing. To be fair to the CG, this was my first time using a DA polisher (Griots 6" and 3"), so the results could be due to a lack of user experience rather than the polish itself. As far as the brightness and depth of the paintwork as a result of polishing the V38 exceeded my expectations. I may need to use a coarser polish next time before using the finish polish.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Everything is fine

Since I started doing this, I feel like the results of the vehicles have improved. Creating a smooth surface and removing small scratches and defects can…

First use of a real "buffer "

I was never confident enough to take a polish/buffer in the car until I blew my wife's hood! I was trying to remove some tree sap and overdid the rag a little. While the tree sap was gone, so was the shiny finish on her new Volvo! It left a mark about the size of a quarter of a muddy scratch. Fearing for my life, I started with a pad (by hand only) and Chemical Guys cutting polish. As a result, the clear coat was quickly brought back to an even level on site and was "uniformly cloudy". I then…
