Disappointed with this purchase. I have a small detailing arsenal and was interested in trying this product. I bought the pump and towel dispenser that was offered. So it was a $60 purchase. I used it on my black car which was already pretty clean. The pollen has not been removed or "encapsulated". He just smeared it and left streaks. First use. Easy to apply but never "glazed" as advertised. Wax. Everything works fine but needs a "one step" process when I'm on the road, 4-6 weeks a year. I've tried the California Rag and all its variants to try and keep the car clean. They suck all of it - especially the pollen - they just stick it between the body panels of my black car and make the body panels stand out. But that. Impressive! My truck has been outside for over 3 years (too big for my garage). Sometimes it was washed, but nothing more. I washed it before using the wax and there was absolutely no dripping water. I used their pressure bottle and applied with a thick microfiber towel and then wiped dry with a thinner microfiber towel. The shine was very nice, but the next time it was washed, the water just formed into drops and beaded off the truck. I don't know how long it will last but first impressions are excellent.

Works great on my bike. I keep a small bottle of pre-diluted Ecosmart waterless detergent in my saddlebag (or backpack) so my bike looks freshly washed when I get to my destination. It's really nice to be able to go on a long trip to a meeting and still have a bike that looks like I hitched it up. I think the best test for this product would be to use it a few times on a brand new black car. My car is silver and already has a lot of small scratches and a few deeper scratches.
