I thought I would wind tape. Not correct! They have been stacked and you cannot see the different colors unless you take them all apart. Each ribbon is less than 2 feet long. Difficult to make a decent arc out of such brief details. upset

Perfect if you are looking for short designs in multiple colours. I was able to make some "hand kite" toys by tying them to wooden rings. I recommend using a flame to seal the ends of your ribbons to keep them from fraying; I suspect these ribbons contain a very small amount of natural fibers in addition to the polyester, as one of them caught fire when I melted the ends, but the flames were easily put out.

Was nervous about buying these due to some negative reviews. For example, one person indicated that he hid 10 multi-colored ribbons and 10 white ribbons behind the multi-colored ones, I was afraid that I would not get any variety. However, I was making ribbon sticks for a 4 year old princess' birthday party and I needed an inexpensive ribbon that was reasonable in length and quick. Beautiful colors. The tape is one-sided. The quality is pretty good. White was duplicated, but that suited me. The ribbon came in two colors stacked on top of each other so at first I thought I didn't get what I ordered as I counted 10 bundles when I ordered 20 colors. No, open each bundle of ribbons and there are two colors. Please note you will only receive ONE yard of ribbon per color. It's not such a bad deal, however.
