I have been using ConAir products for many years now and I have the feeling that the quality is getting cheaper and cheaper. My last curling iron broke a few months after buying it. So I quickly researched Prime and got this. Folks, you won't be disappointed. I can't believe I didn't get this sooner! It's well made and my curls last MUCH longer than with ConAir. Very impressed and I even sent this link to my mum and told her to ditch her current curling iron and get this one!

I bought this curling iron over 15 years ago. It was great, but like all mechanical things, it needed replacing. The new version is terrible. Why do they change something and then not test it on the client? The on/off button used to be a yellow color, which was different from the heat increase buttons. The iron itself is of good quality but we are giving it 1 star as we have received a clearly used product. There was a sticker on the box locking the lid which was cut open and the cord was not wrapped in any way just stuffed into the box. Chi makes great products, but I don't need used hair products.

I was lucky enough to get this curling iron when it was on sale. As usual, I researched everything in my price range and decided on this one based on the reviews. At least that works very well for me. I really like that I can change the temperature as I like lower settings. Pros: Simple, smooth, the cord is a bit longer than a regular curling iron (compared to Conair products) It's nice that you don't have to use an extension cord. Otherwise, it heats up quickly and definitely holds the curl longer than previous curling irons I've had.
