Blue foam pads aren't foam domes as you'd expect, but they do look like paper thin foam, something like cheap car seat stuff. and the wool hat is tied loosely so it's pretty easy to ruin. it's all essentially one time use, very disappointing

I can't believe there is even one positive review. Would like a zero rating or even 1/2 stars. 4 blue hoods are made of HOSPITAL COLD MATERIAL! I would not touch my child's bike with such things. Terrycloth pieces are just as cheap. Don't waste your time or money! I'll send mine back immediately. Only opened to take a picture so people can see what you are getting.

I ordered this not knowing what I need. Applicator caps are very, very thin. They survived the polish, but I would have liked a little more distance between the polisher and the car. The terry cloth hat did not stand up to the polishing. I found the microfiber thin compared to what I already had and didn't use it for the same reason. I should have spent a little more money on a different product.

Don't worry if your buffer has a permanent non-removable foam wheel as this can allow liquid to seep into your buffer wheel and then into your buffer wheel leaving you cleaning the wheel in between need other application. I realized that I had to spend my money on a buffer that included replacement foam rollers so that the waxing, polishing paste, and correcting paste could be done by simply replacing the foam pad and not the coating.

I bought this before I knew how long it was taking with my puffer. Turns out you probably need microfiber caps and nothing else, which is why I regret not buying a microfiber pack. Sheepskin is not very suitable for modern polishes. Terry cloth tends to fall apart and perform worse than microfiber. The applicators are very thin and not really needed as modern waxes just wipe off and don't need polishing. The same company sells microfiber hood bags for about the same price.
