Very difficult to put on but do the job.

Very difficult to put on. Since the flat end can't be easily held to tighten the screw, I had to get a makeup foam sponge to apply traction to tighten it. But in short, they hold firmly in place and do their job well.

Pros
  • Highly rated by testers for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Good screws are best for sewing machine parts and supplies

I bought these for some kydex knife sheaths I make. They are strong and cut threads well. You may need to experiment a bit with the thickness of the kydex as when using the thinner kydex I had to add small washers to avoid a gap between the screw and the material. I hope this review is helpful.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Not bad, but order shorter than necessary!

Looks great - nice finishing touches. Unfortunately, the female parts (the "female" parts) weren't well finished after threading, so many of them have small burrs that prevent the screws from being fully seated. So if you want to use them, order about 1/13-1. /16" shorter than you need. I had to manually file all of mine to fit a 1/4" material sandwich.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some little things
