Chicco Hybrid Baby Bottles - Invinci-Glass Inside, Plastic Outside - Anti-Colic Nipple - 2 Pack, Pink Review

I have 9 of these bottles. Two out of 9 have black specks inside the seals. They are inside the plastic. One has already broken on the inside. It broke really oddly though and looked dirty upon first glance. If you put your finger in it you can fill the little shards of glass though. These aren’t even used daily as baby is breastfeeding. These do have a slow flow and do not leak. Baby was also born early with no issue with bottles or nipple confusion.

I love this chicco glass bottle. After using for 3 months/ 6-8 feedings everyday. Those bottle did not change a bit. My plastic avant natural flow bottle fogged up, plastic turns white which I do not like. Then I got Real glass bottle which is super heavy after I put milk in it. I like that the chicco is half glass and half plastic and it is so lightweight. It’s perfect. (But I don’t understand how can they make it so light, I start to question if this is just marketing gimmick or it’s real 😆…

Seriously cannot recommend these bottled enough! They are lightweight, durable, super easy to hold and pack for on the go.

I wish I had found this sooner. The fact that they spray a thin layer of glass that bonds with the plastic is so cool! The milk never touches plastic which makes me feel better about bottle feeding. The bottle is so light, does not get any gross film, and is really easy to clean. I was also able to hook it up to my Spectra s2 flanges without any spills. My breastfed baby took the nipple no problem despite having some issues with other brands. Great product!

I wish the nipples weren’t so prone to being deflated. My 3 month old has a strong suckle and it gets annoying for her when the nipples sticks together and doesn’t holds it’s nipple shape. I always have to squeeze the nipple so it can go back to its original form. I thought because the insides are glass it would be much easier to wash but the milk leaves a cloudy residue on the glass and it’s not a simple rinse and go. My baby love this bottle, it was the only one he took to instantly. Now that my baby is 4mo, I came to notice the manufacturer states that the 8pk come with stage 2 nipples, however when I purchased this set a few months back; the "starter box" I received had all 4 nipples being stage 1. So if you do purchase, make sure the check the nipple stages before the return window closes.

Great concept but the nipples are so firm and hard. Definitely does not feel like the breast. My breastfed baby had a hard time taking it at first and now he occasionally spits it out. Will probably keep looking for a different bottle.

Received the package itself already opened- looks like it was cut open. Also, the box the bottles came in was also opened up. The bottles themselves are still in new/good condition. But it is super disappointing that someone could have opened this package before it was delivered. The sticky seal is completely missing.

I really like these bottles but I just had to replace 2 of them because the glass deformed when they were sterilized in a munchkin brand sterilizer bag. Probably my fault somehow, so this is a heads up. Bought more cuz baby likes them

Love these bottles. Easy to wash since the inside is glass. We have never had any issues with bottles leaking even during transport. Easy to hold. We tried the smaller bottles as well and I would save my money and just get these. They are much easier to hold/prop up against you during feeding.

I spent a lot of money on Abby bottles my son is 2 months old and the bottles either leak or he gets to much air and he has gerd and these bottles are amazing I was recommended these bottles and I will definitely buy more of them I don’t have the stress of the nipple collapsing while eating and don’t have to worry about cleaning tons of parts

Been using these bottles for two months with our newborn and he has loved them since day one! He took to them right away. We like them because they have been dropped and no problem. The only thing we have to keep an eye out for is to make sure the lid is screwed on properly. I wanted this bottle as an alternative to the plastic 5 piece mam bottle. My picky son took to the nipple on the Chicco bottle well and I was pleased he liked it. However, because there is no anti-colic vent in the nipple or at the base of the bottle (like mam) the bottle gets air from the tip of the nipple. These are the bottles that my son likes the most. Sometimes soap or other residue can get stuck on the lip on the inside of the bottle. And at times if the top is not placed exactly correct it can leak.

My daughter liked these bottles but they definitely did not helo her latch. She tended to chomp down and chew on the nipples. She also drank pretty quickly from them. I do like the hybrid glass a lot though. All of the benefits of glass and plastic. I found they were lighter than most traditional glass bottles and don't get too got to hold.

We love these bottles. The fact that they are glass on the inside makes them so easy to clean and after multiple washes (hand washing and using the dishwasher) they still feel clean and have yet to develop the soap scum residue that many other top plastic or silicone bottles do. By using plastic on the outside I feel comfortable letting our toddler carry the bottles to her baby sister and make me comfortable throwing them in our diaper bag for when we are on the go.
