Optimized Salt Pepper and Napkin Caddy with Chicken Wire Design Review

This is probably the worst quality product I have ever bought. The metal surface is dirty and rough, already chipped in places. The bottom legs are not smooth and if you don't put a felt pad underneath, your table will be scratched. One side of the napkin holder is curved. I gave this one a 1 star because the design is exactly what I was looking for, but everything else is terrible.

My napkins kept falling into my old holder so I ordered this one. He holds up the napkins and I'm satisfied. I kept getting up and grabbing salt and pepper shakers off the counter to keep on the kitchen table during the meal, so I wanted a new set since there wasn't a glut of old wooden shakers on the table. Call me lazy, I don't mind! I especially like salt and pepper shakers made of transparent glass.

I just received this and am very happy with my purchase. The only flaw I have is that one of the caps on one of the shaker bottles is so loose that it just won't fall onto the shaker without touching the threads. To fix this, I tore off a piece of tissue paper, folded it about three times lengthwise, and ran it over the threads on the bottle neck. Looks just as great as pictured. Even my husband who doesn't care about home decor even commented on how cool they are! It all sits on little round legs that keep it from scratching my wooden table. The old Ball salt and pepper glass looks authentic in miniature and gives it a rustic charm. Very sad to write this review. This item is very cute and exactly what I was looking for. I was so excited when I first opened the box, but upon closer inspection I noticed a number of low quality items. The most important of these was that the wire mesh was not laid neatly in the frame. The wire was sticking out in several places, which definitely resulted in scratch marks on the hands. My napkins are definitely torn trying to put them in.
