Not what I ordered and save money

Obviously this is a cheap decoration. Firstly, it is pictured as a layered necklace, it is NOT! This is the only necklace with a tiny star directly above the moon on the same chain. Then it starts fading almost immediately and there is nothing you can do about it. Bet eight bucks on something better.
