The folds don't hold together at all. Even with an iron, it basically looks like crap after putting it on. You have to style it all the time to make it look pretty, and that just doesn't happen with a baby. I sewed on the pleats to make them permanent, but it took time I didn't want to waste.

I bought a skirt for my 4 year old daughter's school uniform. She is very petite 4, for reference I found a pair of school shorts on sale that were 3T and fit her perfectly. I bought her 4 in this skirt and it fits her small hips perfectly and the band is stretchy so she will most likely be in there for a full year without outgrowing it.

I just wanted to comment and say I ordered 5T and it came with a bow. I'm guessing from the comments that only toddler sizes will fit. I was very happy with it and it's a cute skirt, thick material but I have to say it creases so easily and keeps rising at the bottom where it's big even if I steam/iron.
