I usually buy them in smaller packs from Walmart, but during the quarantine I was never able to get a refill there. I ordered these and they are exactly what I usually buy from Walmart (but with a different design). Honestly I like the other design better so I'll probably buy from Walmart again when the madness is over, but the mug is very durable. These mugs are really well made. I just used my first one. Yes, you can hold it immediately after boiling water is poured into it. I definitely recommend them. The only issue I have is the flimsy packaging they came in. There was no tape either. Just a wide piece of tape half peeled off. Also, the box was dented on both sides.
