May not chip, but they EXPLODE

I had a hard time rating these. I do LOVE the dishes, lightweight, pretty. they are a little thinner than I remember our old Corelle dishes we had when I was growing up and the bowls seem smaller. The big issue I had was one of the bowls was broken in the box. I didn't realize this until I tried to pull it out, cut my hand on the broken bowl, dropping the bowl on the floor to which is literally exploded into tiny shards everywhere. I'm finding pieces of this bowl in 3 different rooms. So while…

Better than expected

These plates came highly recommended and we are very happy with them. We have two sets and the 12 plates stack so nicely, they take up a third of the room as 12 regular plates. They are not bulky and easy to clean. Very happy with the purchase , delivery speed and price

Arrived used - my new review

The plates and bowls had food residue on them when we opened the package. It looked like someone else had used them, returned them, and then they got sent to us.

Great product, cute pattern

Corelleware is just so consistent. Chose it for how durable it is while still being light, and still can be used in the microwave. And these have a fun matching, but slightly different pattern. Really happy with it.

Missing a bowl upon receipt, otherwise great product.

The product itself is wonderful. The set is/was missing a bowl the moment i opened it. I sent an email the day i received it, including the attached pictures, and i never heard back from them. I should've returned the set, but i make due without it.

Good everyday dishes

These do well in the dishwasher and so-so in the microwave. I’m having a problem with food sticking to them, especially melted cheese. Still more sanitary than the straw porous set I tried that peeled so had to throw them away.

A great set, survived my toddler dropping it without a scratch :)

This set is perfect for our family. A bowl and plate has survived being dropped by our toddler without a scratch/chip/break, which speaks greatly to strong durability! The are light and solid, which helps in fitting them in the dishwasher without weight-concern. There are such fun patterns, we actually have more than one to 'mix and match,' (but coordinate) which our kids also love.

Dishes are very thin - you can actually see through them. They were not packaged well and some arrived broken. Would not recommend these dishes or this brand.

Kind to arthritic hands

Over the last few years, the degenerative arthritis in my hands has worsened. Keeping a grip on smooth, heavy things has become more of a challenge. For years, we had used some very heavy-duty stoneware plates. Better than expected and Corelle has high expectations!

Got a little nervous ordering dishes after seeing some of the negative reviews, but everything came unharmed! No chips or scratches and the set was securely packed! I washed the plates and got to testing them and they hold up just as nice as the Corelle set I had growing up!I got the mixed black prints and it’s super fun to mix and match! Folded in some of the white Corelle and they all stack seamlessly. Can’t ask for anything better - worth every penny!

Buyer beware! for my opinion

Was very upset when I wrote this review. I’ve upgraded from one star to three because I love eating off these dishes. However…Before you consider buying Corelle make sure to check the size of the plates and bowls. My family has used Corelle my whole life. I was looking for a quality set of dishes and knew Corelle from experience. Other than the dinner plates being as expected, the rest of this set is useless. The bowls are small salad bowls. The other plates are so tiny, they won’t hold a piece

Look nice on the table.

I bought these to add to my initial purchase of 8 servings. They sent me 6 dinner plates, 6 bowls and 6 small plates, and no cups, and only 3 of the 4 original patterns. I guess they put these sets together to use up the extra plates they had on hand. We use these daily as they hold up well in the dishwasher, and look great on the table. - Carol Myers
