I like how it's simple & user friendly (especially when compared with other apps). The fact that everything can be done online makes things so much easier than having everyone show up in person at meetings or gatherings - you don't have any excuses not attend anymore because there was no meeting scheduled during this time window. I have been using this product for over two years now and it has never let me down. The customer service is excellent and they make changes when needed. We use it at my church to keep track of attendance, member information, etc. It works well with other programs like Outlook, Google Calendar, etc. There are some features I wish were better but nothing major. The simplicity of the application makes it very user friendly. It's so easy to use for both administrators or members! We love having the members' ability to log in using their phone numbers. That reduces having to enter contact info at multiple different places (eg a website, app, etc.). I love it because you can have multiple meeting rooms in one place so everyone knows where they're supposed to be at any given time if needed. It's also very user friendly which makes things easier for new people who may not know how everything works yet but will grow with it over time.
