🪑 Natural Fabric Swivel Chair with Loose Cover by Christopher Knight Home: Cecilia Review

I bought this chair for my bedroom. It's small and I thought maybe too small, but it's very comfortable. I would recommend it. Don't be surprised by the size of the box. Just try it, I think you will be satisfied. I have decided on an ottoman to use with it. I just searched Amazon to find one that would work.

The chair was clearly opened and poorly repackaged before it arrived. The upholstery fabric was stretched and crumpled from the dust of the road. I was in crisis and needed a chair, so I'm an addict stuck in that chair. I have bought other "Cover" chairs and sofas and they are great. That should be pretty much fine once I've unwrapped the crumpled fabric and vacuumed it thoroughly.

Large part broke within one day. I just wanted to throw it away, but I had to find a new box for it, repackage it, and ship it to a UPS OR FEDEX store. It's Pete's furniture and I'm disabled! So I have to pay the cost plus the cost of taking it to the landfill. That's exactly what it is though, a piece of junk. I will never do business with this company again, nor will any friends or family if I have anything to say on the matter.

These chairs are NOT worth the money! It may seem like a good deal, but they are very cheaply made. When we first got them they looked great. I even ordered another one. But after a couple of weeks they started breaking. The seats are all uneven and very uncomfortable. DO NOT buy if you plan to sit in it for a while. Look/Comfort: It's a cute little chair. This is useful for short periods of time. I wouldn't want to sit in it to watch a long movie. There is no upper back support unless you squat a lot. It's attractive and works well in a small space. Color/fabric: It is important when making a purchase decision that the fabric is slightly darker than in the picture. Instead of being off-white, it looks more like ecru. The fabric also has a light weave with some darker undertones. Assembly: I didn't assemble

UPDATE: It's been about six months, customers love them and the covers have some dirt from kids feet and shoes which shake off very easily. Haven't had to wash them yet. I sprayed them with duct tape. Also note that the cat has caught one of them and is "playing" with it, crawling around it with its claws! The material is undamaged, which surprised me. The family is coming from another city after more than a year. Our house was under construction the whole time and we are still in the process of furnishing/decorating/unpacking it. Even if I were to make a decision about our investment/timeless furniture, it would take several months. I bought this chair for a bedroom makeover in my house. I liked the neutral color and the fact that the entire cover is washable. I am very happy. The rotation works very well and the chair feels sturdy and very well put together. The linen color is really elegant and the material looks beautiful.
