Cloud-Based Workforce Management solution. Specialising in Time and Attendance Rostering, Scheduling. Chronicle Online records the actual hours with a variety of data capture devices smartphone clocking, biometric proximity and waterproof terminals. We also help business manage and calculating holiday sickness and absence entitlements/ accruals accurately. Data collected can be prepared and then sent to any payroll products such as Sage, Quickbooks, Zero, Earnie, Payright etc The product can work in any language, timezone or currency.

Chronicle Online - Great experience using TimeSquare!

The program is very user friendly as it has an easy dashboard to navigate through. It is also quite intuitive with its drag drop feature which makes setting up new fields very simple. We have been able to track our employee time effectively without having any issues with this product. There are times when we need to manually input data but that happens rarely. This is only because of the nature of our business where there are many changes all throughout the year. I would recommend this software

Chronicle Online - Great features makes life easier

The best feature is that it has an option to integrate with other systems like SalesForce or Google Calendar for better syncing of data across different platforms/systems which otherwise would be cumbersome if not impossible using Excel sheets alone! I have no complaints but this seems too basic so far (maybe because we use another tool called ADP Payroll). If you are looking forward towards automating your payroll processes then go ahead!! It's pretty good as its free trial mode allows one try

  • It could be made more user friendly and have more options for the user
