Something was wrong with my last project so I used a measuring dart. Turns out 4 out of 5 "4mm" needles were actually 3.5mm. So now I have 9x 3.5mm and only 1x 4mm :(. And of course my returns window closed last week, I didn't realize I had to check every needle for half a millimeter. Very poor quality control so check either all your needles carefully when they arrive, or settle for a poor quality product to save a few bucks.

This is definitely the case when you get what you paid for. These needles are good - they're metal, but they're hollow, so they don't weigh anything. Decent enough glasses but not tops. The only criticism is the packaging. Each size is in a separate plastic package with the size in millimeters (note that the size is not marked on the needles themselves). The sleeves are not closed at the top. I dropped 2 sets when I opened the package - luckily they were 2.5mm and 6mm so I didn't have to worry…
