Great software and helpful customer service

I like how quickly we can pull up our files via this tool. It's very easy for my team to use since they have access anywhere in the world through their smart phones! This program also allows us to edit video while simultaneously viewing it in real time allowing quick edits if needed. The only thing I dislike about this system is the fact that you never know when your file will be saved or where your file will end up being stored after editing. Great app with excellent customer service

The ability to edit the timeline and add photos to the project. I don't like the way it looks. It's very simple and easy to use but it's a bit confusing for people who are not tech savvy. I would like to see a lot more features. It can't edit photos and it has a very simple interface. It is easy to use and easy to learn but it's not very customizable.
