I like that it allows me to manage my signature without having too many different options, or being able to get lost in terms of which one works best with what platform/email service provider etc. Also we can set up custom fields so you don't have multiple ways (eg firstname last initial) depending upon your business needs - eg if its an HR department then they would need "first" but not everyone will be using this software; however there are some features missing such as prebuilt templates…

I like that it works with so many different platforms, such as outlook or gmails signature editor/builder (which has been great). You can also use your own images which makes this product very flexible! As of now we are not able to have our logo in place but if you need something more complex than what they offer then maybe try another tool first.
