Not for Quad Shield RG6 coaxial cable!

The quad shielded coaxial cable could not be connected. I saw on YouTube that the inside of the boot is sprayed before tightening the cable. Haven't tried it yet, but I will. And you don't have to put the boot on BEFORE you put on the plug - dammit! I can't believe I did this 2 times in a row.

Pros
  • Connectors and adapters
Cons
  • Some errors

Heavy Duty

These boots are built for heavy use, which is what you want to hear, right? The only problem I have is that my coax cable already has end connectors on the coax cable. You can't boot the connectors even if they're preheated. Because they are heavy, the rubber is too thick and not pliable. If you install before plugging in, they will be great.

Pros
  • AV Accessory
Cons
  • No Automatic

The molds used to make them are fantastic. It fits snugly onto the RG59 cable. Some RG59 cables are too thin and require insulation or dielectric grease. The BNC crimp plug fitted perfectly and could be moved, however the small compression plugs were too thick and had to be inserted into the shoe. Overall a great product. I want them to be in different colors (orange, purple, white, blue, green, brown, grey, maybe red :) )
