    For your safety, do not trust this device

    Opening this switch manually will not actually break the circuit! In the open position, the breaker still conducted energy, resulting in a dangerous situation. I wasn't able to test the overcurrent protection, but I have to assume that the overcurrent release behaves the same way if the physical tripping doesn't work.

    Great product, great price!

    I bought this switch to protect my solar systems and to allow the solar panels to be disconnected from the solar charge controller. It is easy to assemble and comes with nuts, washers and copper crimp connectors. It suits me perfectly and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a decoupling point between solar panels and charge controller.
