Average quality, not a great product.

piece of cheap soulless plastic. Cisco 303 shows with all its appearance - "I'm the cheapest device in the line. Here's the shortest power cord in the world for you so that you can only put the phone on the far edge of the table. And if you suddenly decide to extend the power cord, then I will turn off right during conference call time on speakerphone (tested on 3 devices) because the power supply is designed back-to-back." the short power cord really kills - it doesn't reach anywhere.…

Pros
  • but nothing.
Cons
  • design, power cord, setup, localization

Expectations were not met, average quality.

Many here and on other sites write that this model is "budget". I admit that this was the case before, but now the price of this model fluctuates around 8-9 thousand. I can not classify it as "budget". I recently discovered IP phones for myself, but there is already something to compare with, for example, with the Gigaset 510 - a handset with a base that simultaneously supports 6 (!) lines and has a much more understandable and simple web interface. In general, you can take the device, it is…

Pros
  • + works + a fairly large display, where you can place your company logo :)
Cons
  • The disadvantages of this model (for me) enough. Among them: - design (the elements are conveniently located, but the colors of the case and controls are not chosen very well, the gray insert is neither for the village nor for the city, without it it would be much prettier); - no display backlight; - without a stand, the device can only be used if the power is supplied through the line (i. E. without a power supply, otherwise the power plug interferes with putting the phone on the table); - there is no power supply in the kit (I was lucky, I got it for nothing, but it costs about one and a half thousand separately); - inconvenient English web interface; - lack of 2022 language in the kit, lack of 2022 instructions and 2022-language technical support (in order for the phone to start greeting yours in your language, you need to google it thoroughly, download localization files and do a lot of manipulations with which, if you are not an IT specialist, you have never faced; - only 3 lines (although, in my opinion, more could be done for this money, although, as a rule, three are enough); - the device is finicky, with some routers and providers it does not work quite the way it should, it requires detailed complex settings.

comme ci comme ça for phones

A very simple VOIP phone. The sound quality is below average. Switched to new phones shortly after receiving the Cisco 303 phone. The new phones have much better sound quality and options.

Pros
  • Business class 3-line IP phone
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Cisco quality, great value

Works great, looks great! Don't mess with other stuff, get the real thing. Way more features than I'll ever need, easy setup once you know what you're doing is the real thing. Use with Callcentric for Home Office.

Pros
  • Supports SIP and SPCP
Cons
  • No instructions

Working - power cord not included

The 'updated' Cisco phone wasn't even factory reset. The red light bar indicates newly saved voice messages and they still had the old settings from the previous location. A few scuffs on the front, the power cord or network cable was not included, and the handset cable was not a Cisco replacement. I had extra power adapters and cables so I didn't care, but spending the extra $10 on a new phone - the power cord and cable alone will cost you the difference.

Pros
  • Connects directly to ISP or IP PBX
Cons
  • Annoying

Don't waste your time and money with this phone

Firstly, despite the Revain ads, the phone comes without a power cord. After contacting support about this issue and blaming Revain for the error, they agreed to send the necessary power cords. (I bought two of these) but one of the cables sent was totally incompatible with the phone! As for the other, we were able to turn it on but could not connect properly to our VOIP provider (Vonage Business). After spending even more time with Vonage Technical Support to remotely log into the phone to…

Pros
  • Comes with AC power as standard as SPA303 is not PoE compatible.
Cons
  • Something different
