We helped one of our clients streamline their accounts payable process. This involved updating their existing software and getting it ready for the transition. This included building out new workflows, migrating documents and setting up templates for the incoming invoices. After the project was complete, the client was able to see where their process could be improved and the changes implemented without any downtime.   • They are always quick to answer questions and help troubleshoot issues as they come up.
  • We didn't want to make mistakes that would jeopardize the project, and I appreciated their willingness to help when we found these issues early on.

This software seems like a pretty good fit for us. We've been using Quickbooks online to manage our finances and we've gotten pretty comfortable with it. We have been struggling with getting our numbers right though. As we are a small business we're not able to afford a full-time accountant and we have tried contacting several of the companies we have purchased from (the ones listed above) for guidance.
