Very comfortable best in my rating

My son loves these shorts. They are super soft and cool. Definitely pricey, but we always have a few pairs that match - he's been using them for years - it's important to know they're really big. It's quite thin, but should still order a size or two smaller.

Great shorts

I love the length and how comfortable it is for my son. He needed it for the performance but will wear it in the summer. We bought the white one and noticed that his briefs show through the fabric but it's still 5 stars in our book!

Great for skinny guys

They're great for tall skinny boys. I usually have to go down a size to fit my son in pants or shorts with an elastic waistband, but then they end up being too short and bulky. Not this one. I bought them a size 12 and they fit around the waist and reach below the knees. I couldn't find the dimensions of the product either here or on City Threads' website. If it helps anyone, the size 12 shorts are 21 inches long with a waist measurement of about 21 inches.

Our favorite shorts

We LOVE these shorts! Our son has worn these shorts since he was a child and they never disappoint. They are well made, soft and have great colors. City Threads make quality clothing and we are regular customers.

Clothes made from Love City threads

I love urban yarn clothes, my son has a hard time with lots of company because he has hips/legs and is big/tall for his age and urban yarn products if I increase the size always fit him great with room to grow!

My kid loves these shorts

These shorts are very comfortable for my son and he loves them. He has high-functioning autism and is very picky about clothes. The shorts are long, but he doesn't care. I bought them in many colors.

Just the pants he likes to wear!

My daughter and I have decided that we will only wear these pants and shorts from now on. You are perfect. Of course, one day we will need dress pants, but for every day this is the best option. They won't fade, warp or shrink, the length is perfect. No binding and many colors to choose from

COMFORTABLE! -- my new rating

After buying so many shorts for my toddler with sensory processing disorder, I finally found these super comfy shorts that he would only wear as a uniform (khakis are very hard to find in soft fabrics!). And best of all, MADE IN THE USA.

Great shorts for kids of all ages.

These were ordered for my grandchildren. The shorts are so comfortable. Boys have many different types of shorts, but these are the shorts for them. They are well made, super soft, easy to put on and take off and look so amazing! They're expensive, but because they're well made, comfortable, durable, and the kids love them, I'm willing to spend more.

One of the few brands I know that my eczema son doesn't react to either. The shorts are soft and comfortable. Ideal for outdoors in summer and indoors in winter. The only thing I have is that I ordered a 3T for my 3 year old who is very skinny but it is still a bit tight in the waist. However, he loves wearing them and no rash appears after wearing them. therefore 5 stars.

I have a size 14 in black for my average height and skinny 13 year old. The shorts fit perfectly. At first he complained that the shorts were too long, but in fact as they were all cotton they shrank in the wash. My son is 46" tall and fairly proportionate. He wears size 7 pants. These are soft cotton shorts, a shorter version of their pants. My son is 46" and is quite proportional. Well made comfortable shorts

I am struggling to find pants/shorts for my five year old son. He is long and slender. He can usually only wear pants with an adjustable waist, which means he never has a really comfortable pair of pants.
