Very happy and impressed already after just one month

I like how easy it was to set up our account as well as get started with their services right away! They are very responsive when you have questions or concerns about your project. Their customer service team has been amazing throughout this process so far. We're still in early stages of using them but we've had great success thus far. As an agency they offer several different packages for clients depending upon what type of needs are being addressed by each client's business goals. This…

This tool allows you to create profiles of candidates that are then uploaded to a database for future use. It also provides a method for employers to search their database for qualified applicants. The ability to upload and search resumes and profile information is an excellent feature of this product. This tool is easy to use and understand.   • Quickly filter your candidates down by industry, skill level, or location.
  • Great for companies who want to keep all of their contact info on file and easily accessible.
Cons
  • You will need to maintain two databases.
  • Some features are not available without paying for a monthly subscription.
  • When searching for jobs it would be nice to have a visual representation of what jobs are available rather than being forced to read through them one by one.
