I love this Clarity cordless phone!

I love the Clarity cordless phone! The big buttons are a great feature, the phone charges quickly (about 4 hours), the sound quality is great, and the ergonomic design of the phone is great. No problems (so far) and I'm very glad I bought this phone and also the Clarity phone is a great deal. Great value for money, thank you!

Great phone for the elderly

I bought this phone for my father who is 88 years old. It has large buttons that are easy to read and press, as well as hearing enhancement for incoming call volume. It has directory and speed dial capabilities that are very easy to program. Another nice feature is that it uses regular AA batteries, so there's no need to buy expensive replacements. All in all, a great phone for less than €50.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Great product for the visually impaired

I bought this for my mother who has macular disease and has lost 50% of her vision. She can see and use this phone with no problems. I've been looking for a phone like this for months, I've read many reviews and it's by far the best I've found. The quality is good and my mother is very happy that she can dial numbers herself! The hearing function also works very well.

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Tradeable

Love love love this phone!

This was my backup phone. I was happy to find the same one I've been using for years. No complaints over the years of service I've received from the first (it still works but it doesn't time incoming calls like it used to). I noticed that this is recommended for the visually impaired, but it's also great for the hearing impaired (easy volume control).

I am very dissatisfied with this phone. I bought .

I am very dissatisfied with this phone. I bought it for my 95 year old father who wears a hearing aid. He continued to claim that he couldn't hear anyone even with all functions turned off. I was finally able to make calls from this phone (I have no hearing problems) and it was VERY DIFFICULT. I tried to set it with the guide but it was very difficult for me to hear anyone speak. I would return it if I could!

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Useless features

phone with big buttons

This is a phone with very big buttons. The keys are easy to read and brightly lit. It's pretty easy to use. Nothing complicated, but it's quite difficult to find anything on the menu. My only real concern is that it should have a loud chime for the hearing impaired. I'd say this call is on par with regular phones and not necessarily worth the premium price, other than because it's a cordless phone with large, easy-to-read buttons.

Pros
  • handy thing
Cons
  • you could choose a newer model

Great phone for my blind uncle

I have a blind uncle who is having problems with his current phone. We needed a phone with big buttons he could feel, that was comfortable to hold, able to track the phone from the base, and the ringer loud enough that he could hear it around the house. This phone fits the bill and is sturdy. We had trouble finding a phone that met all of our criteria and were glad we found this product. I would buy again and again.

I bought this phone for my father who is very good.

I bought this phone for my deaf father who has severe macular degeneration and very poor vision. The volume up button needs to be pressed on every call or the phone will reset to its lowest level. For real? Then they placed this magic "volume up" button, which increases the volume, right above the "mute" button. Guess which button my dad presses when he's trying to find "Sound Amplification" on every call. Yes, the mute button. What a disaster. So if the intended user is hard of hearing and…
