The leather material is durable and the design IS sleek and fashionable.They are incredibly comfortable and can be worn all day long without any discomfort. I have several Clark's shoes and they are all well made and comfortable. However, this model had an arch support that cut into my leg and hurt with every step. I sent this pair back.
