Ideal for a party

i love pressure It's bright and perfect for my son's Lilo and Stitch's Hawaiian birthday party. I only gave 4 stars because the fabric feels like cheap plastic and I find it odd that it feels like plastic. but he worked for a party, which is why we needed him.
