I hang woven fabrics with these pegs and they do not damage fabrics. I attached them to the walls using the command strips that attached the frames to the walls and they don't damage the walls. They are very reliable.

Clamps are easy to install and look great. I highly recommend them for hanging blankets or tapestries. We used a clamp every 9 inches to eliminate sag and reduce stress on the material. We hung the 6ft x 6ft comforter shown in the photo and when placed correctly there is no sagging and is well maintained.

I had a large blank wall and there wasn't enough floor space for all of my rugs. Throw in the kids and I want to get the beautiful handmade silk Persian rug out of their destructive path. I wanted to hang something for the gift I received but didn't want the rod. It worked great! I like them because they are small, 1 1/4" x 2" but hold up very well. It says you can only set 1/4" thickness, but I'm pretty sure it will handle 1/2" as well. I ordered them late Monday evening and received them on Wednesday. I would buy them again!

I used it to hang a blanket on a large wall. The hooks have a good grip and are quite unobtrusive. Thanks to the advice of other reviewers, I used strong Command tape to hang the pictures. They lasted over a week so I hope this bodes well for the future. For the record, my comforter is actually a full size bedspread (86 x 90 inches). It's fairly light (less than 5 pounds I believe). These little clips are smaller than I expected but they seem to do the trick! I had to tighten them up a bit but they still hold up and are much more secure than the sliding quilt holders I've used in the past. They work well for hanging my large, thin and light tapestry. I love that they come in a set of 4 but they still seem expensive for what they are. However, they are good quality, easy to use and I like that they have a small wooden handle. Because they only attach to the wall in one spot on the top of the clip with a screw and it's not very tight, they tend to twist and turn with the fabric tension, making them difficult to hang properly.
