Suddenly the heating mechanism stopped working and is now unusable. I run a professional spa and need reliable spas.

I purchased this product, worked perfectly for about a month and a half with minimal use. Suddenly the heating mechanism stopped working and is now unusable. I have a professional spa and need reliable products. I tried to return the product and received a message from the seller saying I cannot return the defective product. Do not recommend this item and do not appreciate bad customer service.

Great professional wax!

I love this wax pot! I ordered two of these, one for me and one for my mom. I am a beautician and my mother is a beautician. I gave her the soft wax that came with the kit because I use hard wax. This is a great purchase if you are looking for a professional wax pot!

Wax is dirty and smells bad

The result was great but the hard wax you revive is super super sticky, hard to wipe off and smells bad. I recommend buying pearl wax, it's much cleaner and works better.

What am I doing wrong?

Not as simple as stated. Worked as expected the first time, but now when I try again the wax doesn't pull out the hairs on my face, it sticks to the paper but the hairs don't come out, it just sticks to my face. what am I doing wrong here? Wax too hot, not hot enough, tried both. If not, I'll be back.
