Description of Cleveland C70366 Cobalt Jobber Degrees

Cobalt steel tools are similar to high-speed steel, but with more cobalt for improved performance when cutting harder metals such as stainless steel or nickel alloys. Gold oxide is a thinner oxide surface treatment than black oxide typically used to identify cobalt steel tools; performance is similar to uncoated tools. Round shanks allow use with a wide variety of toolholding systems. High red hardness for extended wear life in high heat conditions. Set includes #1 - #60 sizes drill bits. Made in the USA.

The split point grind is correct.

No manufacturer information - gold oxide coating. Also not as described on the Revain website - no gold oxide plating. However, the finish is otherwise excellent, with a properly ground split point and correct shaft impression. This is the exact same item that was returned earlier but at a lower price.
