Cheap, Dangerous Climbing Holds

These climbing holds are a hazard waiting to happen. One of them snapped underweight during a simple exercise, causing a serious injury. They may be cheap, but the risk of injury isn't worth it. The only pro is that they may be suitable for beginners. The major con is that they are poorly made and can be dangerous. Not recommended for serious sports and outdoor use.

Pros
  • Durable and high-quality material for long-lasting usage during strength training exercises.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for beginners or those who are not experienced climbers as it is designed specifically for climbing holds and may be difficult to use for other forms of strength training.

Great for Ninja Training

This is high quality. Unlike the picture, these are stainless steel screws and do not come with the carabiner pictured.

Pros
  • EASY TO USE is a great addition to your training. Alternate between pull-ups and chin-ups without releasing your hand. Easy to set up and use, and great fun to be on
Cons
  • unreliable

Great grips to replicate with baseball

It's really fun and hard to use. Please note that there are other versions of these balls such as: B. the CFF Pro Series Monster Grip Cannon Balls. I prefer these Atomik hanging balls over CFF as the Atomik balls have good grip. If you like rock climbing these are great tools. They're also good for developing false grips on rings and powerlifts, as you need to get your hands over the balls to catch them. a pair of baseballs. (See pic.) I used two Lowes I-bolts, washers and nuts from below andโ€ฆ

Pros
  • CAREFULLY DESIGNED - The spherical shape forces the hand to grip with an open palm. They range from 2.5 inches for beginners and the smallest to 6 inches for advanced athletes.
Cons
  • Hard to say
