This light worked great on my 6 year old! We use it at night so my night owl can watch books without disturbing her brother. It has 4 different brightness levels. Didn't even notice it was getting hot. It usually stays on for a few hours if I turn it off when I go to bed after it's asleep.

Works great. You can adjust the brightness in -4 levels. The fourth is definitely energy efficient. Perfect for my son's bedroom. It has an on/off switch right next to the light, which makes mom's life easier, also you can hang the clip where you want and bend the glow stick.

Good. Everything was perfect for the first six months. The light wasn't too bright for our little one and we headed east. But the light started flickering two nights ago and tonight. it died. I figured I'd just swap out the lightbulb and go. Well you can't. It's not a lightbulb. It's built in. So it took us a little over a month.

Yes, it looks good, the color temperature is great for a baby night light, but it's about as poor quality as it gets. Month. It was always flickering (super sketchy for an electronic device in a child's room) and the star montage continues in a way that requires constant adjustment. Sure, $5 is worth it...but not a penny more, IMO.

My little boy loves this lamp when he reads at night. I like it too. The only complaint I have is that there is no way to turn it off with a switch. You must physically separate it from the wall. He's not allowed to fiddle with outlets, so I have to unplug him when he's done reading. Ideally, an off position could be added with a switch (which currently only adjusts brightness levels) so he could just turn it off when he's done.

The lamp is good but the advertising seems to imply that it is for children. My 3 year old had no problem getting it down to bare wires unsupervised in about 10 minutes. I managed to solder it back but it could have been electrocuted. Be sure to fasten the parts as tightly as possible when around children, otherwise they may unscrew the light too easily and endanger themselves. It's just too easy to understand.

I don't usually write Revain reviews but I find them helpful. So I wanted to show the world that this lamp is a super quality product. I was really surprised when I opened the box. The lamp can be dimmed in 4 different settings and the clamp and bracket are really solid. Feeding and changing at night when you don't want to over-stimulate your baby to help him get back to sleep. Exactly what I was looking for and totally worth the money (which isn't much!)
