The strong chemicals in this thing put me off, but it's quite effective at cleaning and sanitizing a toilet. If you touch these sponges with your hands, wash them thoroughly! The smell is not pleasant and you cannot be sure how toxic it is to your health. It does not remove all possible stains from the toilet. But it does the job pretty well.

I ordered 2 packs of these Clorox ToiletWand Sanitizers at a time. After using a few from each box, I was hoping that maybe just a few of them were bad. I was wrong. You start falling apart and fall off the stick before you can clean 1 toilet bowl. If I can buy them at Walmart or the grocery store, I can clean 2 toilets with 1 spare fill. I don't think the replacement cartridges are really Clorox branded. This has never happened to me in all my years of cleaning toilets.
