Great solution with excellent customer care

I like that it is easy for users of different skill levels (including myself) to get up an running quickly. It's also very flexible so you can do almost anything if needed. The support team has been great at helping me understand how things work when something isn't working as expected or doing what we need in our environment. We have not had any issues since moving from another platform but they are always willing to help us out! There really aren’t many cons about this software other than…

Pros
  • Also provides good documentation along side tutorials making learning curve fast yet simple compared most similar platforms offering same services; however free trial period may vary per vendor ours was 30 days versus others such as Salesforce being 90 day trail before requiring payment information
Cons
  • Will fit

Great for troubleshooting and monitoring but difficult to setup

The ability to see what is happening in our environment at any given time is great for monitoring and troubleshooting. I dont like that it doesnt log all calls but it does provide some useful information such as the IP address of the user making the call. It can be expensive to run compared to other solutions out there. Also it can be difficult to set up properly if you are not familiar with cloud orchestration solutions such as AWS or Azure. If you need something that is easy to setup and use

Pros
  • You have access without having an account, so we get info about new features when possible insteadof waiting until they release them fully into production before getting notified
Cons
  • Almost never

Cloud vector helped manage Api services securely

The ability of seeing all my application's API keys in one place so that I can control their access policy is fantastic! Also being able to see what calls are going out from each service helps me understand how they work together as well and where we could improve or optimize our system. It would be great if they also provide integration points for other 3rd party tools like Sentry (we use it at least). Have been working since 1 year now using this tool and haven't seen any major issues related

Pros
  • Easy way manage secured apis
  • Ability add restrictions easily.
  • Good documentation available online too; )
Cons
  • Occasional lagging during large scale deployments
