Had to downgrade to 4 stars as my OEM transfer belt only failed 10% of its expected life. If this one does the same, I'll update and adjust the review accordingly. If it scores at least 50% or more, I'll add another star. I'm just trying to be fair.

I am very happy with this part and ordered it Monday noon 04-07-14 and I had the part the next morning 04-09-14. I give you five stars.

I love my Samsung color laser printer and after about 10,000 pages I needed a new transfer ribbon. It didn't get the maximum rating but it worked well and solved my problem and I didn't want to ruin the printer because of this item.

Great Product! I thought my expensive color laser jet was broken and I would have to buy a new one. I read on the internet that the belt needs to be replaced. Replace it and it works like new!

I have an old printer. It was nice to find a third party that offered such a good price. The copier works very well again.

I received the package when I was told I would. The bad thing is that the price was like new. Like new, it doesn't get dirty and the plastic wrap holding the paper has crush marks. Like new, you're not buying it for 3/4 the price, but it only has 4% left before it needs to be replaced. I may not be in shape, but "like new" should mean almost new with at least 75% left before it needs to be replaced. I would recommend never buying things "like new".
