Low Quality Router Bit, Not Worth It

After trying this product I was disappointed with its performance... The cut was not clean and left jagged edges on my woodwork. The only positive thing about this router bit is its affordable price. However, the negative impact on the final product made it not worth the cost. Overall, I would not recommend this brand to anyone looking for high-quality cutting tools..

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Clarity

Not Worth the Investment

as an Industrial and Scientific materials buyer, i was extremely disappointed with this router bit. As my tests showed, the carbide tipped radius was sharp but wore out quickly after minimal use. The only positive is the affordable price point but ultimately it`s not worth the investment. I would recommend spending more money on a higher quality product from a well-known brand in the Cutting Tools industry. .

Pros
  • High-quality carbide tipped for durability and longevity
Cons
  • Requires a specialized tool to work with the 2 inch radius, limiting its versatility

Great tact. It's hard to have consistently high quality.

Great bits. It's hard to be a consistently high quality product from CMT. I think the picture shows a bit of a 1/4" shank, but the product has a 1/2" shank.

Pros
  • CMT bits were recognized as the best compared to other brands (Wood magazine test)
Cons
  • New competitors appeared
