🐶 Coastal Pet - Circle T - Tan Oak Tanned Leather Round Dog Collar Review

It's hard to find rolled leather collars without spending an arm and a leg on them. These collars are SUPER good, but the sizing isn't entirely clear. I don't know if it was my size confusion or the company. In any case, buy more than you think you need!

Love this collar just wish the leather was a little softer. Remy's old collar was made of softer leather and had a lining. It will probably soften over time. The color is wonderful. I added some leather conditioner so the skin is a little darker than in these pictures. This is a rich caramel color, very beautiful.

Nice collar. I ended up buying a size larger than I expected. I measured my dog's neck at 14 inches and ordered 14 inches. There was only one extra hole left. It's too tight for me. I ordered the 16" and it fits perfectly and is a beautiful collar. It wears well and is flexible. Rolled collars do not damage the dog's coat.

I bought this collar 4 years ago for my 1 year old German Shorthaired Pointer. In recent years I have had to drill two new holes in it as it has grown. If I ever buy her a new collar, it will be this one! Yes, the color has changed. I don't know when, probably within 6 months because she's in the water a lot. But I love the dark brown it has turned into. I bought my parents dog and she still carries it.

So far I'm very happy with the quality of this collar, I use it for my dog's ID tags. The rolled leather is smooth, comfortable and fits my dog's neck perfectly in width. Leather is easy to care for and doesn't have the usual dirty dog smell like nylon. However, the color didn't convince me. The picture showed more bone or ivory skin, what mattered was more caramel. I also read that the collar runs small so I ordered a size up and it fits great. Also, the collar turned out to be quite stiff…

This is the third leather Circle T-Roll collar I have purchased from Coastal Pet Products. I used to not be able to find a collar that didn't stretch and tangle my dog's long hair and hurt him. Collies are known for their large, beautiful mane around their necks, and this coiled leather is the only one with hair that grew thick and fluffy around the neck, leaving no collar marks. Stainless steel collar and fittings will not discolour white fur even after years of use. I knew I needed another…
