Victory Red Coats Crochet Classic Thread, Size 10 Review

I love the red color of victory. That is beautiful. The yarn quality is excellent. I ordered 2 more because I wasn't sure if the tablecloth I'm making would last over 300 yards or less. Fun crocheting.

This is a stable quality and easy to work with. I took black to do the border and true black (as opposed to charcoal or faded black) came out and the rest of the colors came alive too. Very happy with it.

I have been using Red Heart products for many years. And so far I have never had any complaints about their products. However, I found major inconsistencies when using red hearts with classic #10 crochet yarn. For the most part this batch worked well, however there were long lengths of thread that were so thin that they were more like a size 20 and sometimes approached a size 40. As you can imagine, this greatly affected the number of stitches, resulting in many hours removing rows just to knit
