This is the worst chemical smell I have ever experienced! So strong it got onto my hands and lasted for hours even after multiple washes. I would never let that come into contact with my food. Something like this MUST be stated in the product description so we don't waste time on the purchase.

I bought coconuts in boxes and opened them with knives. My friend told me about the coconut tools at Revain and I got this set. I didn't use all the tools in this set but this saved me so much work and time when I need to open a coconut. Although the gum smells very strongly even after a month, the quality of this set is very good.

This set is best for opening young coconuts. I can't believe I didn't buy this sooner. The opener is very easy to use. I quickly opened four coconuts. The seller has chosen tools that are well made and easy to use. This is great value for the time I save cracking coconuts. This set has been put together with the best tools to really enjoy fresh coconut and coconut juice.

It's much safer (and takes less time) than chopping a coconut with a butcher knife or trying to find a sharp rock! It arrived on time and is as described: the top comes clean if you use a hammer and circular tool, a blue mat to hold your counter, a nice metal stand to enjoy coconut water, and a bag to keep everything together . I'm not a fan of scrapers, maybe I'm not using them properly, but I still prefer a spoon.

I have not used this product but the hammer and blue mat have a very strong chemical smell as stated in one of the previous reviews. The instruments appear to be newly made and emit chemicals. For now I put them outside to give them some time to fully release the chemical gases they give off (I washed them with dish soap beforehand but the smell lingers).
