I will not use salt because of yellow soda prussate which is sodium ferrocyanide decahydrate. Yes, you see the word that bothered me. It's perfectly legal in such a small amount and as a release agent, but I don't want it in my body, especially if I didn't know I was buying it. I will check the rest of the salt in my house as soon as possible. I encourage you to do your own research, but I wasn't pleased to see this in the fine print on the dinner table. Other spices seem to lack any additives.

One of the lids does NOT fit/do not close. When it arrived there was cayenne pepper on the top and sides - INSIDE the plastic seal so I'm pretty sure the cap was broken before shipping but they decided to send it to me anyway. Because of the lid issue, the cayenne pepper was mixed WITH ALL the other spices. The only reason I didn't return it was because I needed it for a trip. Can't comment on the quality of the condiments as I had to throw them away and put my own in so there wasn't cayenne in

All the spices stuck together like they were wet or something. We had this in a zip lock bag INSIDE the dry sack so I'm pretty sure it wasn't operator error. I could probably use a needle or toothpick to poke holes to pull out the spices. Ouch! But wait, I was canoeing and didn't have a needle or a toothpick! Arg.
