User friendly, great experience with sales force automation

Very easy tool as it requires no learning of database structure by user so if you do not know how many tables work together then there is nothing wrong at all! I dislike some functions like being able't create reports because this program only allows 1 week old data from db which isn’t useful sometimes especially when we want current numbers!! The customer support has been very helpful about questions asked but they need more training before asking people anything that will hurt them…

Pros
  • Nothing negative here whatsoever :)
Cons
  • Some issues were found while making payments via net banking or bank transfer however these resolved once i got connected directly through my ecom website's admin panel

Best system ever for multi users and even singleuser

The ease of use once you get used it! I wish there was an option that allowed me more than one user access at any given point but other then this its easy peasy when using multiple people!! Nothing really dislike about Cogs as such everything is good so far we have been able find all our issues addressed quickly which has made us very happy customers :) We were looking into new systems after years out dated software had become too slow/crashy etc however nothing else could do what cogswell does

  • The customer service is top notch and the people behind the product are always open to suggestions and willing to listen to what the customer needs if they do a good job listening to what the client has to say and then making a product that fits the clients needs in a way that satisfies the client and meets their needs
Cons
  • Everything is great for the most part there isnt
