I ordered this toothbrush on September 1st, probably received it the next day and on October 1st it stopped working in the middle of cleaning. Check that the brush tip is correctly seated. I haven't been able to use this toothbrush in over two weeks! When I wanted to use it in the evening, I found it very hot. I quickly opened the battery compartment and removed the batteries. I could smell the inside but not burnt. I've since given up and gone back to a regular toothbrush. All four brushes I bought from him are now useless as I see no point in wasting money on another brush.

I really like this toothbrush and that this 'package' comes with spare brush heads. But that only lasts 3 to 6 months, even if you follow T.'s storage instructions. It's almost impossible to contact anyone from Colgate and the people replying from Amazon are unaware of the product. It's a good brush, just wish it had lasted longer before the motor just died.

Great product The only problem is there are holes in the back for water and toothpaste to get in and then drip all over the place. Keep this in mind when you are already dressed and brushing your teeth. Because of this, there is an odor after a while. But the toothbrush itself works great. Went to the dentist and said I was doing a great job brushing my teeth.

Not the best performing toothbrush I've ever used, but who can say no? It comes with four interchangeable heads, making it a great buy when you factor in the cost of replacement heads for other brands. It's not very powerful or super powerful, but it works. The brush feels so light on my teeth that I just brush a little longer. I would get it again.

Replacement heads are different than the heads attached to the handle. The one on the handle had longer bristles and was perfect. It felt like brushing and flossing at the same time. actually it was. However, the replacement has even bristles and cannot be compared, but still serves its purpose.

Edited 6/7/21: Unfortunately this toothbrush died after less than 3 months of use (1-2 times a day). It clicks in and out, but there is no motor activity. Also, I've found it burns out on batteries (2 alkaline AAA) - 6 weeks for the first set and 4½ until it dies during the second set. (The voltmeter reading on the second set was 1.4 volts when it died compared to 1.62 when it was fresh.) I cannot recommend this toothbrush. act.
