I've used electrodes 1/16 and 3/32 through two argon tanks so far - with good performance. Notes: 1) The collets hold the electrodes securely, and 2) The edges of the shields fit snugly against the inside of the collet bodies. Nothing wrong with that - I wish the same ones came in larger sizes.

and 20 stylish flashlights are beautiful and provide excellent gas coverage at face value CFH

Mugs and gas lenses are the same quality as the expensive brands I use at work. They are excellent for 9 and 20 burners and offer excellent gas coverage at CFH ratings. I'd recommend upgrading the o-rings with viton if you're like me and heating the burner up a bit. In my experience, ideal for air-cooled flashlights up to 200 amps.
